    今天看房被打击了

    健翔桥西北角那个健翔园，2001年的房子，4层临街（四环），84平二室一厅全朝南，普通装修，开价145万，单价1.7w+
    本来我觉得还可以，想砍到140万，结果一群看房的有人直接就145要了，还有后面进来的人说要出150万...
    另外一套18层同户型的不临街但是有遮挡的，装修稍微好一点儿，开价158w，简直太bt了

    开始看房一个月了,二手房一直很疯狂.

    一套88平95万的,看了觉得不错,立刻有人97万全款买了.
    一套88平110万,装修什么的挺好,想砍倒105万,结果113万成交.
    就在这周看了一套85平,96万的,女朋友上午看的,觉得还行,下午我去看了想定,但是房
    主去了呼和浩特,中介让赶紧买车票去呼和浩特给房主订金表达诚意,因为可能又有人加
    价要买,我觉得夸张了点,结果当晚就有人去了呼和浩特和房主成交.

    昨天又看了一套,比较满意,先把订金给了中介,结果房主在山东,因为比较喜欢,所以准
    备立刻去山东一趟,结果突然买家要求全款,后来想办法找垫资什么的,折腾一大圈,纠结
    了很长时间,后来发现房产属于共有财产,夫妻双方不能共同到场进行担保贷款,所以不
    能用贷款去还借的钱...

    真的有点心力交瘁了,买个房,埃,父母从老家过来看到这种情况都惊呆了!
    怎么办啊?????
